Despite its bullet-like exterior, graphite holds my interest — ironically, for its softness. As the edges yield over time, it becomes like a piece of glass you find at the sea, weathered and worn.

This larger body of work explores the dynamics
Traces of graphite in varying grades. Slowly working on a collection of drawings I’ve been mulling (procrastinating) on for a while. ☁️

There’ll be a few new drawings featured at this year’s SMALL! Exhibition @fortyfivedownstairs Flinders Lane. December 3 — 21. This a great opportunity to support artists producing a broad array of works with a smaller footprint, mak
Hmm. Thought I finished this one, but it’s become a bit of a work in progress again.

I use this chunky notepad to document different rhythms after music sessions. The paper is nothing fancy, but it’s a simple way to get the ditties out

I wish to acknowledge the Wadawurrung people, who are the Traditional Owners of the land on which I live, design and create. I pay my respects to Elders, past, present and emerging.
